Sleeping time.

People may think that if you're not sleeping well, you'll be always sleepy and not in the mood. Truth is, IT IS TRUE! haha

This post is related to make people conscious about sleeping time. Experts have told always that the perfect sleeping time for people is between  8:00-9:00 pm to 5:00-6:00 am. It is really important for you people to notice that your own healt is based on your sleeping time.

So, if you really want to get energy, try to always sleep at least 7 hours a day. I guess you and your body would be thanked if you do that.

Freedom.

I guess sometimes there's some people who thinks that violence is THE problem. Real thing, it is not. Maybe you could think that I am wrong, that I may be joking or that I'm simply mad.
Thats just YOUR idea. We can have the same kind of thoughts or not. People say that if violence doesn't stop, we wont have any future.
True is that it is FALSE. Yes, false. Why am I talking like this, about this? Because I CARE about our future, I believe in a better future.

The thing is that if you're always thinking that violence is the problem, you'll always be thinking about violence, so in consequence, YOU ONLY HAVE VIOLENCE IN YOUR HEAD.
The thing is that YOU CAN CHANGE IT! There's nobody who can stop you on this. It is only on your desire of doing something and your actions.

So now, you can LIVE YOUR LIFE and LOVE IT.  If you do that, you are FREE to do anything. How about making a CHANGE in our society?

I've been known for playing POI... yes, P-O-I. It is an ancient dance from the maori people in New Zeland. THE PASSING ZONE!

If you know me, you must know how much I love JUGGLING TOYS. Now, THIS toys on the video are kind of dangerous. The two guys on the video had broken 5 Guiness Records, only by juggling.

Watch it, its funny and it also is one of my favorites hobbies. (Yes, I juggle. No, I don't use any kind of things that may cut my hands.)  =0)
